fm 106.9 The Lodge Contest Rules
Who Can Enter
- Entrants must be United States residents who are 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified.
- Entrants must have valid identification, including social security number or tax identification number.
- Employees of fm 106.9 The Lodge, Case Communications, and immediate family members (parents, grandparents, children and siblings) of each are ineligible. Employees of competing radio stations within fm 106.9 the Lodge's listening area are also ineligible.
Entry
- Unless otherwise specified, no purchase is necessary to enter.
- Contestants may only win one prize per household every 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- For contests that run beyond 30 days, contestants may only win one prize per contest.
- fm 106.9 the Lodge management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters of eligibility and their decisions shall be final. Entry into station contests constitutes agreement by contestant to abide by these rules, as well as any other contest-specific rules established by fm 106.9 The Lodge.
Prize(s)
- All prizes awarded on air and on-line must be picked up at fm 106.9 The Lodge at 10331 Water St, Ephraim, WI, during normal business hours (10am - 4pm, Monday through Friday).
- Prizes will be released to winners only. Winners must present a valid photo ID at the time they pick up the prize and sign a standard release that releases fm 106.9 The Lodge from liability with respect to the prize. Prizes will not be mailed unless otherwise specified.
- fm 106.9 the Lodge reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or lesser value for all contests and giveaways. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
- Prizes not claimed within 30 days, or less if specified at time of contest, of being awarded shall be considered forfeited and disposed of at the discretion of fm 106.9 The Lodge management.
- Winner is responsible for all taxes and gratuity unless otherwise notified by fm 106.9 the Lodge.
