Simply put, the Lodge programs an Adult Album Alternative format (or AAA for short). Defined by a mix of specific singer/songwriter classic and folk-rock artists from the past, with modern rock groups of today.
In Northeast Wisconsin, fm 106.9 the Lodge is a special concept of music and programming that combines an artist roster of music spanning several decades. WLGE began broadcasting for the first time on April 26, 2008. We really are Door County's newest radio station.
Who owns the Lodge?
Since its inception in early 1999 inception, the permit, now license of The Lodge is owned by Mike & Carrie Mesic of Door County. The Lodge is a rare bird in the commercial radio scene: an independent, self-contained, locally owned and operated radio station.

The Lodge studios are at 10311 Water Street in Ephraim, across from the Blue Dolphin House and next door to The Green Gables shops.
What is the Lodge’s FM coverage area?
Our broadcast tower is strategically placed in Baileys Harbor in an effort to completely cover Door and Kewaunee counties. In addition The Lodge covers Oconto, Marinette and Menominee counties in Northeast Wisconsin & Michigan. We also broadcast live worldwide with our internet stream.
